User Reviews

Overall, users find MyWay valuable for managing Dupixent treatment, with strong support and useful reminders. However, persistent login and reliability issues, onboarding/code delivery problems, and inconsistent reminders hinder consistent use. The app’s strengths lie in timely support, essential treatment guidance, and adherence reminders, while the main drawbacks are technical instability, onboarding barriers, and limited customization of notifications.
Pros
  • Responsive and helpful customer/tech support that resolves issues quickly.
  • Essential tool for Dupixent users; provides useful information and supports the prescription.
  • Reliable injection and prescription reminders that help with adherence.
  • Positive impact on patient experience and daily life; perceived as valuable and caring.
Cons
  • Frequent login/authentication problems (including verification codes not arriving, password/Face ID issues, and repeated login errors).
  • App reliability issues (crashes, won’t open, or OS compatibility problems).
  • Onboarding/reg code/invite delivery problems that block access (codes not delivered, onboarding friction).
  • Reminders can be inconsistent or intrusive, with limited customization available.

Ever since I got my iPhone 16 Pro Max updated to iOS 26, notifications do not show my way as a compatible app. When I go to apps on my phone settings, my way only list and such as being a searchable app, but as far as notifications go, it doesn’t give me the opportunity to turn them on or off. Whenever I uninstall the app and reinstall the app, it does ask me a prompt to allow notifications, but even if I choose allow notifications are not an option within the settings on my phone. What the hell is going on? I have missed my dose so many times because of this that now I’m dosing on Fridays instead of Mondays this is ridiculous!!!!!

Suddenly I am not allowed to add journal entries. And the app keeps reminding me I have not added a journal entry. How could I add one if I am not allowed to???

I’ve tried contacting the team for about a month and have not been able to get them to update the copay card information even though it was confirmed via phone, poor customer experience and frustrating that this is the way to get the shot.
