It works but it doesn’t do the one thing a pharmacy app should, which is ordering refills. I’m sure lots of people enjoy the opportunity to talk to someone, but I’m not one of them. I don’t want to talk to someone during business hours, I want to do it in the morning when I take my meds and realize I need a refill. The person I’m talking to is just filling out the same questions I could fill in myself. It’s the equivalent of a phone call that could have been a text. It’s ridiculous.

The lady helped me so much at unlocking my account and helped me with my password reset !! I appreciate that so much.

You so and so’s. Allow paste in your password fields in your app. What am I thinking though, the development of this app is outsourced and this issue will never be resolved. Or rather, I’ll die first before it’s resolved.
