Many of the exercises are blank. And the blank ones don’t run through the timer so you manually have to advance it. The last thing you want in the middle of a workout is to stop and fiddle with the poorly programmed app. Stay away!

This is the most effective 5 minutes I think I’ve spent in my life 🤣 If you don’t have much time I suggest this plan. Life changing without sacrificing sleep or valuable work time.
