User Reviews

Users praise the app for easy-to-follow, quick bodyweight abs workouts, strong results, and a sleek, intuitive design, with helpful customization (3 levels) and good developer support. However, multiple reviews report stability issues (crashes and loading failures) and audio problems (cues and countdown beeps), with requests for an all-sounds-off mode. Overall, it’s a long-standing, effective abs tool, but reliability and audio options need improvement.

Pros

Easy-to-follow, straightforward ab workouts with a sleek, user-friendly design.
Three difficulty levels with customizable options to progress as you get stronger.
Proven results and strong motivational aspect, with users reporting noticeable gains and a routine they stick to.
Long-term reliability and responsive developer support when issues are raised.

Cons

Crashes and stability issues reported by multiple users (random crashes during use).
Loading failures where the app won’t start or intermittently won’t load (mentioned by several reviewers).
Audio/sound problems with exercise cues and countdown beeps; users request an all-sounds-off option and more reliable audio behavior.
