Restoring purchases across devices after updates is unreliable and legacy ownership can be lost.
Frequent bugs and crashes disrupt workouts (freezing screens, saving custom workouts, etc.).
Voice guidance has changed for the worse, with overlapping audio and removal of rep counts.
Ads are intrusive and hard to close, interrupting workouts.

Paid for membership I can’t use because glitch doesn’t allow you to see the screen. Developer will not provide customer service phone number. They email angry messages at you to take down the review but do not allow you to respond “do-not reply”.

After the recent update the workout plan I was currently in was upgraded to the new Elite plan which requires a new monthly subscription, so it will not let me continue the plan. I paid for unlimited access FOREVER when this app was just getting started and to switch it for legacy members is not right. Feels like bait and switch, very disappointed.

I was using this app on and off and finally got serious with it. For the past 2 years I do 4-5 workouts a week. I was weighing 189 lbs. at 6’ tall and a waist line of 32. Today I’m 66 years old, 168lbs. 18% body fat and 31 waist, 163lbs. and look pretty darn good! Thank you for the app! And the latest update is fantastic
