Goibibo: Flight, Hotel & Train

A few days ago, I booked a hotel through Goibibo, and I also forwarded the pictures as proof of the issues I faced, including the condition of the pillow, the cleanliness, and overall hygiene. I submitted all the evidence, but there has still been no action taken from your side. You charge such high prices for these rooms, especially when you are offering four-star properties, but there were hardly any amenities available. The food was pathetic, there was a terrible smell coming from the washroom, and the service was extremely slow. So what is the point of booking through Goibibo if the experience is going to be like this? I have always preferred MakeMyTrip and Goibibo, and if you check my booking history, I have used Goibibo for my Goa trips as well. In fact, I planned my Goa trip through your platform last year. But this time, the experience was absolutely pathetic, and what is even more disappointing is that Goibibo has not taken any responsibility or action despite me submitting proper proof. I genuinely expected better from a platform that I have trusted and used multiple times.
