Every single time you open this app, it decides it HAS to spend 5 minutes updating itself before it can open. It’s the only app I’ve ever seen that refuses to update normally via the App Store like the other ten billion apps in existence. But then what do you even expect from a health insurance company at this point? I’m surprised they haven’t coded the app to attempt to kill you just for having the nerve to ever attempt to file claims and cost them money.

I’ve been denied coverage for a number of things, so I KNOW CareFirst has money to at the very least MAKE A BETTER APP. This AND the website are TERRIBLE. Cheap. Cuts corners. LAZY.
