Overall, reviews depict CareFirst's Android app as unstable and difficult to use. it just straight up doesn't work. you can't load any of your information. the app does literally nothing but cause a headache. even if you try to contact support they will either A never answer or B say they can't help you and transfer you to another person who can't help you

This never works It's got a bunch of UI that's blocked by the native Android interface. And worse if you call technical services they tell you oh it's not fully functional yet... It's been like 4 years and this thing is still in beta They need to stop wasting money on it. If It's not going to work.
