ID cards won't load and logs you out while trying to view info... sent 2 messages about the ID cards days ago and still not working and no response. they sent me a survey about my experience though which is super helpful...

the app is just a web browser and does not conform to the system, parts of the user interface is inaccessible as it lands below the system control buttons and status bar. The app loads the web page only and is less useful. There is no reason to use the app instead of the webpage.
