Reached out via email since my account was suspended without reason. The reviews are being ignored apparently, seeing as I’m having the same issues other people had months ago. If you didn’t fix their accounts you probably won’t be fixing mine either and that’s disappointing. Whoever is running the show needs to be reevaluated. And P.S. if these issues are not resolved in a timely manner you have no business being allowed to operate within the Apple store. Reporting to Apple as well.
