I got my Mom a Jitterbug smart phone and have this app to help me look after her now that Dad has died and she’s alone on the farm. The location has been awful since the Feb 2026 update. It will show her home when she’s out, show her out when she’s home, not record activity, not update her location on the map, and generally not work well. I do still use it, but mostly to keep a check on her battery. Hopefully they will push out another update that will work better.

Lively (GreatCall) has been a huge disappointment. The Out and About feature doesn’t work on iOS again, See Last Update With Same Problem and it took endless rude customer service calls before anyone even admitted it was a widespread issue. Tech support promised an update but nobody knows anything. Terrible support for a device seniors are supposed to depend on.
