You can obtain prescriptions or refills by phone for common medications, and there are no copays and no insurance plan is required for this service. The Lively ecosystem is supported by a U.S.-based customer service team, with partnerships including Current Health and MDLIVE to evaluate urgency, coordinate a physician transfer when appropriate, and arrange appointments. In an emergency, urgent response may route you to 911.

I just recently received the Lively Fall Detector, and tried to log on to the app - when entering my phone number, I get the same message everytime - Unable to connect. Please try later again later (Code 2). I’ve called Customer Service and the number on my account is a number I have not used for more than five years. Very frustrating.

App refuses to recognize either Mom’s valid phone number or email despite overcharging her by hundreds of dollars. Calls to customer service result in no help with the app though they are able to access her account using the same valid phone number and email. Intending to cancel service once I have time to call again.
