Flores Mobile App provides a single access point to upload debit card documentation/claims and access consumer-driven account data from anywhere. After logging in with your PID or User Name and password, you can capture documentation, upload up to 10 images from your camera roll, and add claim details. You will receive standard e-Status updates as your document is processed.

The app also enables viewing Flores Account Information via the Flores247 portal without an additional login for each account. From there you can view account history, plan documents, add Authorized Users, update Direct Deposit information, and access helpful guides.

In-app experience is largely non-functional: the app redirects to the Flores website instead of letting users manage claims within the app.
Claims submission and receipt/photo upload often fail with errors (blank/incorrect fields, incomplete forms, or resets).
Photo upload / camera access issues persist, preventing receipts from being attached.
Account balance does not update in the app, forcing users to check through the website.
Widespread bugs and instability (glitches, white screens, and outdated software) indicate poor maintenance.

Recent reviews

As the other reviews suggest, this is a terrible app. It currently opens to a welcome message and a completely blank screen. Useful! Mostly it just passes you over to the website, which is itself terrible.
