The app is not functional even though the website keeps referring me to the app ro file a claim. When I try to use the app all I get is a blank page or an empty drop-down list.

I had log in issues as well, the app only provides links to the website which i can only access outside of my work site. The result is that i can't have someone at work help me navigate through the app.
