App sucks, I can’t even log in or register. How am I suppose to use my benefits that I pay for

When logging into the app, there is no option to find a provider instead the option is outside on the login page with no option to choose my current plan. I needed to find a provider easier versus searching the web which is the only reason I downloaded the app but it’s no use.
