This app is an invaluable adjunct to the program that I purchase for every long haul trip I take. I’ve bought them for years and it has allowed me to function next day going from LA to Sydney Australia and from LA to Kiev Ukraine (among many other journeys) The app adds the extra convenience of having it all right on hand and alerting me when it’s time to eat, what kind of meal to eat and when to go to sleep while in the plane- along with numerous other useful tips. Can’t recommend StopJetLag.com enough. And this App is a fantastic addition to the program
