Recent reviews
Bill Maher coined the term “reverse improvements”, and that’s what’s been happening. The latest reverse improvement consists of being unable to search my database alphabetically: the option if offered but does not respond to clicking on it. This is in addition to no longer being able view appointment history for a given client. Miserable product!

We used to be able to call and populate a map from the customer area in the appointment and now you can’t. Daysmart doesn’t have a live call center and literally have not responded back to our inquiry through chat. We have used this company for 17 years and we are done.
