Kicks me in and out of the Appointment app and erases my appointment and I’m double booked.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The software is horrendous and has issues at least once a week rendering you unable to book appointments, cash people out, check in appointments or even view active appointments. When reaching out to the company the staff are literally useless and offer no help. The company has no problem still processing the monthly subscription so they get paid of course (which is an outrageous amount of money monthly for something that never works). Save your time, energy, and money and use a different software company.
