2026-05-07	Ke*****	App changed my pickup location to default instead of latest selected store. Customer service bot was useless and hard to navigate. No way to switch pickup store in app. Store customer service had full voice mail and going inside were totally unable to help.

2026-05-06	Ak*****	I’ve ordered delivery thru this app a bunch of times and yet, they are never able to get it right. There are always missing items, replacements I didn’t approve, and such little care in the orders. One time I tried to order vegetables and they were all thrown into a paper bag together. The moisture from the vegetables disintegrated the paper bag and the result was loose veggies all over my porch. Today they failed to even deliver the groceries. Will never use again.
