For an app that supposed to make a regular chore easier, nothing about the information in the app is intuitive. Why can’t I find where to let the store know that I’m in the parking lot waiting for my regular subscribed order? Why can’t I figure out how to add a child’s prescription to my Health Account? It seems like all the most compelling reasons to use this app are hidden in such weird places that it’s actually less frustrating to just go in the store.
