Recent reviews

When you’re in your savings or whatever money account you got, the “buckets” tab is all the way at the bottom. A huge amount of people (me included) who use this app have complained time and time again that they want the buckets tab at the top near the tabs “Deposit Checks, Zelle, & Manage Card”, so we do not have to scroll down past everything just to go to our buckets. It USED to be this way, until they reverted it back. It’s so annoying. This is honestly what’s keeping me from using this app 100%, because if they won’t listen to thier userbase, then how can I trust them with my money? This is the only flaw I have with them.

For too long (months at least) this app will not reliably open on my Ipad (7th gen, fully updated). Today, open to a stalled ally logo. Close and reopened several times. Same results. Restarted ipad, try again. Multiple times, app finally opens and tells me to update. To app store, update. Now won't open. Deleted app, reinstalled. Still won't open. Is this because you fired all the programmers except the boss's favorite and bought that guy an AI programming package? Claude? At the App store, there's a button for app support. That opens a browser to the main Ally Website WITH NARY AN APP SUPPORT OPTION LISTED. I go back to when you were GMAC Bank. Starting a few years ago your customer service has continued to degrade. This is but another example of that. Maybe you'll miss me when i'm gone. This NEVER happens at Synchrony, BofA, etc.
