Recently, I have been unable to split transfers between buckets in the same savings account. This used to be an available feature. When I call customer support, sometimes people tell me that this isn't actually a future that exists. Sometimes people tell me it should and it's not working and they can't understand why. Then they open a ticket and nothing happens. I love Ally, but I'm considering switching banks. The buckets feature is the main reason I'm with you. Without it, eh.
