Pros

Modern, attractive UI with an easier login experience.
Very easy to use: quick setup, alerts, transfers, and viewing multiple accounts in one place.
In-app chat with bankers, easy access to account numbers and routing numbers, and debit card management with syncing to the website.
Overall improvement and a solid upgrade over the old app.

Cons

Mobile deposits have become less reliable and harder to use after updates, compared with the old app.
Balances and recent transactions sometimes don’t update, transfers can error or fail, and the app crashes.
The new UI feels cluttered and too busy, making navigation less intuitive.

Really nice, modern app.

I have loved the AltaBank app and have used it virtually every day for a very long time. Today I tried to log in and check accounts only to be told that I have to update the application, which I would be happy to do. But I have an iPhone 8, which is in like new condition, but your upgrade requires iOS 17 which will not load on an iPhone 8. So if I want to continue using your very helpful app I have to buy a new $1000 phone. That STINKS!
