Subscription is a waste of money since the app no longer works on the IPAD. I cancelled my subscription.

You are always asking for one and it is a pain.

Version 2.5.1 constantly crashes at the splash screen when I try to launch it on my older iPad running iOS 12.5.4. It was running just fine before the latest iOS update. It works fine on my newer iPhone but why am I stuck downloading PDF copies, that are formatted for print, for offline viewing? It used to download the full-featured digital copy formatted for my device. If I wanted something formatted for print I would have subscribed to the print magazine. At least I wouldn’t have to squint to look at it! If the offline content doesn’t revert back to the way it used to be when my subscription comes up for renewal, you are losing a customer.
