I am a long time subscriber, paid up but cannot get onto the site and customer service does not answer emails - I havent read an issue for 6 months

If you try to set large font size, it keeps pinging back to normal font size quite frustrating. For me it makes it basically unusable. The app should honor the large font size once you set it always.
