Recent reviews

Deputy is very user friendly. I cannot think of any areas that need improvement. I especially like the feature that allows staff to easily find other available staff members, that may be able to pick up my hours as needed. My only issue is that I am unable to make changes to my timecard once I have signed out. I am not able to add any additional comments or add mileage afterwards, unless I contact a member of management.

This app is ok with letting us see our shifts, and it’s nice to see the specifics, the schedule and who we’re gonna work with, and offer shifts to people. But this app is also super buggy. It’s always lagging and freezing, and takes forever to load half the information. On top of that, many of the addresses for shifts appear in random places on the map, even with the correct address on the shift information. If they fixed the bugs and freezing this would be a lot better.
