Frequent transfer and payment issues (timeouts, cannot transfer between accounts, payments not submitting, and Zelle transfers not reflecting).
App reliability problems including glitches and occasional login issues.
UI/UX changes post-update causing frustration (ads on home screen, cluttered navigation, and editing limitations).
