Recent reviews

Too many fees especially for out of network ATMS. Bad enough I have to pay a fee to withdraw the money but bankESB or whatever conglomerate bought them out charges a $1.75 fee on top of that fee. I went to an in network ATM and was charged. Worst customer service I’ve had in years. I dealt with a customer service representative name “Teagan”, she acted like the $1.75 fee was coming out of her paycheck. Zero stars. Will be moving my money and my business to UMASS Five.

Mobile app is awful and needs updating. Every time I login it never is able to show transaction history. I have to log out and log back in again. I am very frustrated
