Hello, when I first started using the mobile app it was a godsend. It would load super fast. It was easy to transfer money to my family who also have ent accounts However, in the recent months things have started to change. I can no longer transfer money to any other ent account. The option just doesn’t show up in the app anymore for me. Also every time I try and load the app I have to sit and watch it load for five actual minutes. I have to keep my screen from going to sleep several times because if the screen goes asleep, it starts all over. As soon as I am done, paying off my loan to ent I WILL NOT BE using wings

I should not have to delete the app, redownload, and restart my phone every two weeks because your app wants to say I entered information incorrectly. I use Face ID. How is my face password wrong?? It’s every pay day your app just wants to bug out and it’s insane to me
