CSOB SmartBanking

The ČSOB SmartBanking App is designed for ČSOB clients with active electronic banking. Activation requires your IPPID identification number and PIN (same as Internet Banking). After entering these, the bank will send an activation key to the mobile number you registered, or you can generate it via Token. The activation key is only needed for the initial activation and first login; on subsequent uses, only the PIN is required. You can change your PIN anytime via My ČSOB online banking, and the app allows deactivation or adjustments in Settings if needed.
