CSOB SmartToken

CSOB SmartToken is a secure mobile application for ČSOB clients, used for electronic signing and logging into ČSOB digital banking services. Before first use, the app must be activated. It will automatically suggest the most suitable activation method—such as facial biometric verification, transferring activation from another device, or verifying your identity through the ČSOB Contact Center. Permissions are optional, but granting them can make activation and usage more convenient. An internet connection is required for activation; after activation, CSOB SmartToken can work offline, with the best experience online.

Once activated, the app provides secure, convenient access to ČSOB digital services, with strong authentication for signing and logging in. Activation options include biometric verification, device transfer, or identity verification, and offline operation is supported after setup.
