I’m on week 5 now and have noticed such an improvement! With a steady difference in run speed the walking has gotten a bit faster too I’m so happy with this app. It’s a great free way to work into running!

I was offered a free trial for the app but after entering the trial I was charged $20 for my subscription the next day. I love this app and I would be happy to change my review when this is resolved
