Other features include a dedicated loan section, download and sign electronic documents, secure messaging with attachments, and a four-language interface (FR, DE, EN, PT). User Reviews

The bank and the app are straight from the 1950s. The app freezes all of the time and with the latest update does not even log in. The bank ignores private messages, rejects transfers without explanation and generally couldn’t care less about customer service. It is an embarrassment to have Luxembourg’s name on this company.
