Be careful about complaining to them about anything or BIL will make your life difficult. If you complain too much they'll close your account. Check the contract, yes they can, without a reason or explanation! They also have terrible & deteriorating customer service, faulty app, stock response to feedback, advertise falsely, abuse clients trust... I had a much better experience with Spueerkess and the best one with Paribas when in Luxembourg.
