2024-12-07	Al*****	Be careful about complaining to them about anything or BIL will make your life difficult. If you complain too much they'll close your account. Check the contract, yes they can, without a reason or explanation! They also have terrible & deteriorating customer service, faulty app, stock response to feedback, advertise falsely, abuse clients trust... I had a much better experience with Spueerkess and the best one with Paribas when in Luxembourg.

2024-11-14	So*****	This bank has the worst app and and the worst customer experience I have ever had, always with bugs, always with problems, even for a simple transaction from my savings account to my normal account it takes sometimes from 30 to 2 hours, I hate this bank, no wonder most people prefer Spuerkeess.

2024-11-05	Ra*****	The app used to work well, but now that my phone updated to android 15, the menus at the bottom of the screen are not visible anymore. So basically I can't do nothing. Tried to uninstall reinstall the app to no avail. Please fix it. Edit 11/05/2024: the issue is fixed, noted 4 stars again.

2024-10-23	Da*****	The update downloaded yesterday still didn't fix the issue on my pixel 9xl pro, the bottom bar on main page is not visible hence I cannot do anything, the phone is my primary device.
