Az egyes kategóriák, elnevezések nagyon technikaiak, lehetetlen egy halandó felhasználónak pl a KHR üzenetet megtalálni, vagy a számlák egyenlegét egy helyen látni. Érdemes lenne megnéznie a csapatnak más, on-line only banki alkalmazásokat referenciaként. Ez a CIB-es mobil bank elévült.

This spp used to be bad but now they made it even worse if that's possible. Notifications are 1 or more hours late. The ux/ui is so bad that it takes twice as long to even make a transfer. You can tell the bank just doesn't care when they brag about some colors and branding but says nothing about improving functionality. It's not rocket science, just look at how big banks (chase, boa, amex) do it.
