The app description says $10.99 annually, but in the app it’s $34.99 Sign in is also broken for me, and emailing the support address given sends an auto reply that tells me I emailed the wrong address, although they address they tell me to email is the one I emailed

I am a subscriber and have tried multiple times to log in and it has failed EVERY time. I have tried contacting support and get no help. Fix this or give me my money back.
