2025-01-22	Ka*****	I bought tickets to a concert from another ticket app but it told me that I had to claim my tickets on this app. Let’s just say everything goes downhill from there. I hope this app gets taken down soon.

2024-11-07	Yo*****	Downloaded the app so I can receive tickets that were sent to me. Have tried multiple times to set up an account, but it said already. I would try to then login with my email address, but since I never set up the account I didn’t have a password and when I would try to go in and request a password reset wouldn’t receive an email. So I have tickets to a concert in three days sitting out there and I cannot access them. Beyond frustrating.

2024-03-13	Lo*****	US and potentially other international users should try using a vpn and setting the location to somewhere in Australia. Initially I had major problems getting the app to work, but I have seen this before with other apps targeted at a country I am not presently in. Once I set my vpn to Sydney it worked just fine. My only complaint was the limited detail around why my tickets were not available right after I bought them. Within a few days, however, they showed up. if you don’t have a VPN service, you really should for a variety of reasons. There are several cheap options that are pretty safe.
