Since many new versions, the release notes (changes) have been the same. When you make a new release the least you can do to have confidence with your customers is to keep them well informed! Once you do this, I’ll update my review.

The facility for submitting claims is fine but the system for checking coverage is missing some vital information. They tell you what’s covered, and for how much, but they don’t tell you your remaining balance - which they very easily could. It seems that their aim is not to delight the user but to simply have an app in the app store.

Been trying to receive full reimbursement for past 3 weeks. Spoke to supervisor and he couldn’t have issue corrected. I have 100% coverage but $265.00 is deducted with no explanation. Extremely poor customer service, did not have this issue with Blue Cross.
