UBS Mobile Banking with UBS key4 is available to existing UBS clients (excluding the United States and Australia) who can access private and business digital services. In Switzerland, you can open UBS key4 banking or UBS key4 business directly via the app, subject to domicile and eligibility.

The app uses a fourfold security concept: unique identification via the Access App or Access Card, configurable security settings with real-time notifications, AI-based checks on certain transactions for irregularities, and safe internet guidance. Availability notes: UBS Switzerland AG and other non-US subsidiaries offer the App to eligible clients; downloading from US or Australia app stores is not a solicitation or offer.

Recent reviews

Possibly the most poorly built banking app I have encountered. All the most important information and functions (eg IBAN, Transfers) are a pain to do. This is a 300 year old wooden boat in an ocean with Virginia class submarines in terms of apps.

The app is fit for propose, it has struct a sweet spot between simplicity and security. Important updates are rolled out gently without interfering with its use.
