2026-06-11	Gr*****	Possibly the most poorly built banking app I have encountered. All the most important information and functions (eg IBAN, Transfers) are a pain to do. This is a 300 year old wooden boat in an ocean with Virginia class submarines in terms of apps.

2025-11-24	co*****	The app is extremely convenient to manage by banking services and pay bills. Much better than using the old card reader. My only complaint is that I cannot manage my personal and business accounts with the same app. I still must use the card reader for my business account.

2025-08-21	jm*****	Why are you blocked by using a VPN, and why does it not tell you that, only saying “something went wrong, please try again later.” More problematic is that sometimes you need to do something urgently, and don’t have the best reception, such as when boarding an airplane, and you are forced to update the app for a “minor” update which might fail repeatedly if you were on a 3G or 4G network. You shouldn’t strong-arm one into doing that immediately Most apps give you some leeway before forcing you to do the update.
