Recent reviews

Making a payment is about 7 clicks away. It automatically chooses to make the payment the day after for no reason at all, even though the banking day might not have started and it asks me to "assess" the payment, meaning to click whether it is sending money to friends, paying for a service, etc. This is allegedly for safety, but no idea how this contributes to it. From a user persoective it is all extremely clunky and inconvenient.
