The aim of this App is to have key features conveniently at your fingertips and move issues you’d call the call centre for to be submitted and progressed via the app.

Bin Collection features:

• Now you can report a missed bin collection and get an update to say whether we can come back and collect it or wait until the next collection.
• Click on a bin collection to see what can be put in it.

Report It features:

• Help us trial our new reporting feature. Currently we’re testing litter reporting but will add more categories later.

Compatible with devices on iOS 9 and upwards.
