Blackburn with Darwen YourCall is the council’s mobile app that lets residents capture and submit issues to the Customer Service team. Report potholes, litter, graffiti, abandoned vehicles, drainage problems, street lighting faults, and more with a simple form.

Once submitted, the report is forwarded to the appropriate officer for resolution, and you’ll receive email updates when actions are taken. You can view progress in the app; note that GPS in the background can affect battery life.
