Recent reviews

This is seriously annoying and unhelpful. I don’t want my email being sorted by some random order that Google has determined. I want to see all email in each category sorted by what was received most recently. I wouldn’t mind if there was some way to permanently set it to whatever I want but that’s not the case. Every time I switch tabs it resets. What kind of sense does that make?

Please only show me emails that contain my exact keywords and not include a bunch of useless emails that contain similar words

With every release Gmail is getting more useless. Instead of releasing a new icon or additional emoji, maybe Gmail and Google team wants to focus on more important things like message management (e.g, nearly 10 years later and Gmail app still cannot delete an individual message in the thread or recognize phone number in the signature to hyperlink for 1-click dial)
