Absolutely abysmal customer service. THE OUTNET has seriously declined and now feels disorganised and unprofessional. Support is slow, poorly trained, and consistently unhelpful, often responding with generic replies that don’t actually address the issue. Simple problems become drawn-out back-and-forths with no real resolution, which is unacceptable for a platform positioned in the luxury space. There is little sense of accountability or urgency, and the overall experience feels frustrating and inefficient.

I’ve been buying from the outnet for years and I absolutely love how fast their items come, they really do have the best deals 90% of the time and it’s always flawless
