Love the experience with net-a-porter, great selection of items, wonderful service, the measurements on items are pretty much always correct and very informative - I never even had to return anything

They lure you in with a 10% promo code (which feels significant for a luxury retailer), but the code doesn’t apply to most major brands, or at least not any of the desirable ones. Even Nike is excluded. What’s worse, if you try to use the code on an ineligible item, it’s marked as used and you can’t apply it again. Customer service wasn’t helpful either. Instead of offering a solution, they simply sent screenshots of the fine print and told me to be more attentive next time. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unnecessarily frustrating. You’re honestly better off using the desktop version.
