Because of the tracking I can do on this app my son’s doctor was able to find a pattern that led us to diagnosis.

This app is so great to track how you feel. I was looking for something to track what I eat without worrying about calories and macros etc. It is super easy to use and you can track everything from food to mood and period etc. My only criticism is the lack of database for foods I eat. I wish it was connected to a bigger database so when you scan foods they are actually there. I would say 7/10 times I scan a food it’s not there. Especially since a lot of foods I’m eating are specialty gluten free or dairy items, however I would think a lot of the people using this app would be using the cleaner foods? It’s also a little annoying that when I scan something, add all the ingredients and save it, the next time I scan the food it doesn’t show up based on the barcode.
