This app is continuously no functioning! I take the train monthly but have NEVER been able to complete a transaction ON the app! I have to walk in to purchase my tickets every single time!😳

You should be able to select the option to use your points when you are choosing your payment method. It tells you to login to the rewards app. Why this doesn’t make sense
