After just 11-days of non-smoking and listening nightly to the two stop-smoking tracks, and with the help of the nicotine patch, I can honestly say that this app has been almost miraculous. I have smoked for 46-years and have tried to quit multiple times, unsuccessfully, and with a lot of difficulty. I am now, for the very first time, absolutely sure that I will never smoke again. I find myself thinking of things that I’ve heard in the app tracks when I am in a position that is uncomfortable (I know a lot of smokers, including my sister who lives in the same town) and then I am perfectly fine. I really believe that I am like a new person. It’s incredible. I decided it was time to quit when my little granddaughter was born one month early. The nurse wheeled her out of the room and I got to see her briefly with a breathing tube in her mouth before they took her to the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery. The next day my son, his wife and I finally got to hold her. It was then that I decided to quit smoking. I want to be around longer for my grandchildren and chase little Sophia down the beach. This app has been a huge contributor to my goal. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to quit smoking. Thank you, Glenn. November 2019 I stopped listening to the tracks shortly after my review and it has been over a year since I wrote it. I went back to smoking a few weeks after I stopped listening to the tracks. The two people I spent the most time with were still smoking and I succumbed to temptation: live and learn. I quit smoking again on September 24.2019, my uncle's birthday. My uncle quit smoking over a year ago. He had smoked for almost 60 years! I promised him that I would quit, too. I chose his birthday. I started listening to the tracks and have listened religiously. This time, however, I only used nicotine patches for two days and nicotine lozenges for two days. It was just as easy quitting using just this app. If I have to listen to it every day for the rest of my life I will do just that.
