still a nonsmoker! Honestly this app and program was a revelation for me. Quitting felt easier and more possible than the many other times I’ve tried. I still do the guided hypnosis sessions almost every day because of how much they help me with general stress levels too. Sometimes when I can’t fall asleep I use them as well. So glad I found this
